For all competitions entries must be made in advance via Horse Monkey. Entries are set to close on the Thursday lunchtime prior to the competition but may close early in the event of oversubscription, or be extended if numbers allow. A late fee applies for entries made after midday Thursday.
Please respect the organisers when making enquiries. We are a volunteer led organisation and people give up their time to run these events so your cooperation would be appreciated.
In some circumstances, eg winter dressage, early entries are advisable. In the event that you can’t attend please contact the club. If times have not been published, your entry fee will be transferred to a future date.
Non ECCTG members are welcome provided they are aged 16+ and on horses 14.2 or over. The entry fee is higher for non-members.
Non-member competitors must have their own third party insurance or membership of the BHS, BE, BD, PC or BHS RC etc.
