AGM 7.30pm 23rd April 2019

The AGM will take place on Tuesday 23rd April, 2019 at Wimberry Moss Farm, Smith Lane, Rainow, Macclesfield,Sk10 5XJ.
Please try to attend to voice your views and make any suggestions!!
Bring a glass or a mug and whatever you would like to fill it with, we can provide hot/cold water!)
If you would like to stand for the ECCTG Committee and you feel that you can give up some time to support the Club and attend approximately six meetings a year, then please return the form at the bottom of this letter or ring Alison on 07977913897. She needs to know as soon as possible, so she can put your name on the ballot paper.

Presentation Evening – March 1st – Smallwood Primary School

This year we are holding the AGM and Presentation Evening separately.

The presentation evening will be on March 1st, 7pm, Smallwood Primary School. AGM date to be confirmed.

Tickets for the presentation evening are £10 each to include food – available via Alison or Horse Monkey (under ‘services’)
