We had an excellent evening with listed judge Jo Glover on April 24th – very individually tailored which was great – we had feedback and constructive comment/practice where we needed it most – very different requirements from early Prelim times to Medium. Jo is very willing to adapt your session to whatever you would like to do – you do not have to ride a test, although we found that most useful last time. Just a reminder that there are spaces on the May sessions (6th and 29th) – please contact Libby to book in.
Well done for third place in the Challenge 90 FOTH held at Llanymynech on April 13th.
Qualifier last Sunday for Sally Vickers, Victoria Hurford, Sally Filby and Lucy Filby – and congrats to Victoria for her fourth individual place in her section. Hannah Mulliner and Catriona Henderson enjoyed their individual rounds –Hannah a touch speedy (obviously making up for a slow and disastrous journey (blowout)) – Vicky Tongue was an ace helper – huge thanks to her – and many thanks to Juliet who took over as chef d’equipe in Libby’s absence – and managed to fit in a mammoth amount of fence judging as well as her chef duties! Good effort from all team members who helped with the duties required – it would be great if members who enjoy competing in team qualifiers would volunteer to do a partial duty at any qualifier in which they are not competing –then their competing days would be more relaxed!! So well done FOTHERS and thanks for great team spirit! Libby
