Show jumping Sunday 4th April (entries here) at Somerford Classes from 70cm clear round to 1.20m. Entries already placed for the show jumping planned in January will be carried forward unless otherwise advised.
Further competitions will be added to the calendar soon, covid permitting!
Area 20 has been invited to run a virtual Intermediate dressage qualifier if Clubs want to take this opportunity. There is a tight turn around on this as it is a late decision, and all results will have to be in by the 15th March.
Prelim entries must be in no later than 21st February and videos submitted by 28th February – riders can get recording as soon as they are able.
Rider numbers won’t be used but riders will have to be sure to mark their videos clearly with Name, Horse name and test particularly if riding multiple tests. Make sure You Tube videos are well marked.
Area need to know intentions asap so that they can tell Head Office of the intention to run the competition. Therefore PLEASE LET JULIET FODEN KNOW WELL BEFORE THE 21ST FEBRUARY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN RIDING A VIRTUAL TEST ON A TEAM OR INDIVIDUALLY.
The tests are: BRC prelim D4 (2002); BRC HT 100Q (2020); BRC Novice D10 (2021); BD Elementary 44 (2002); BD Medium 63 (2002); BD AD medium 90 (2021)
All competitions are on hold until Covid restrictions ease – we have Somerford booked for January 17th (show jumping), 31st (eventers dressage), February 21st (show jumping) and March 7th (show jumping) – entries for these will open once we know the restrictions are eased and we can resume running. Competitions due to take place in November have been cancelled due to the lockdown form 5th November. If you have already made an entry, this can be carried over to the next competition you are available for. Stay safe!

Not a member?
Membership costs £35 a year and has a host of benefits. However, all our competitions are open to non-members, for a small day ticket fee of £5. Non-members must abide by club rules and have their own public liability insurance as they will not be covered by the club's insurance.
