This is just a reminder about the AGM and Presentation Evening will be on Friday 29th January 2016 at 7.30pm at Smallwood Primary School, Smallwood. Please try to attend to voice your views and make any suggestions!! The presentation evening will take place after the AGM.
To attend the AGM is free, and then a £5.00 for the presentation evening to include supper, please send Alison Unwin a cheque or pay via Horse Monkey if you would like to attend.
If you would like to stand for the ECCTG Committee and you feel that you can give up some time to support the Club and attend approximately six meetings a year, then please contact Alison on 01625 619194 or alpaulunwin@nulltiscali.co.uk. She needs to know as soon as possible, so she can put your name on the ballot paper.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL. A number of members have still not renewed, please renew by the 13th February 2016 or you will no longer be a club member and therefore not eligible or insured to compete.
