2014 programme added to calendar

The events for the 2014/15 programme are now on the calendar.

Last event of the current programme is dressage on the 2nd March – get your entries in quick. First event of the new programme is show jumping at Somerford on the 16th March.

Duty days: You can use the search function on the top of each page to search for your name and find out quickly which duty days you have been assigned. If you can’t make your duty day, it is your responsibility to find someone to stand-in for you or swap days with you.

A reminder to all those making advance entries/payments

When making advance entries for competitions, please make sure that you receive confirmation from the organiser that they have your entry.

For dressage competitions, advance payment is now required and can be made via PayPal (instructions for doing so here) or cheque. Note particularly that you should enter as normal with the organiser and get confirmation of your entry before making your PayPal entry, to ensure that there is still room in the class you wish to enter.

Don’t forget our next competition is the dressage on Sunday 2nd March; get your entries in to Andrea asap!

Welcome from our new Chairman

Our great new Chairman Alison Unwin has written an introductory letter to all members – telling you more about herself and her background in the club. We wish her lots of fun and success taking over the mantle from Gemma.

And as Alison says in her letter, please would anyone who doesn’t already get emails from her, send your email address to her to be sure her records are up to date and you can receive her updates.
