Area 20
Our wonderful showjumpers were once more in good form at the area qualifier.
The Novice teams were first and sixth so we had a team heading for the National Championships at Lincoln, the only team to finish on zero!!!
The Intermediate’s all jumped really well and only just missed out on qualification, with two of the teams placed third and sixth. Ashley Daniels jumped three super clears to finish second individually missing qualification by fractions. Well done!!
We sadly failed to produce an Open team again but Emily Barnes was superb in winning theindividual title but unluckily had to later withdraw from the championships.
The Style jumpers were brilliant, finishing second, only a few points behind the winners. Helen Graham and Libby Richards were second and sixth individually.
All in all we had a very good day with hardly anyone going home without at least one rosette!!!
National Champonships – Lincoln
Our Novice team of Nicky Toomer, Sally Filby, Sally Vickers and Libby Richards performed well but sadly were not in contention. However, Libby Richards and Holly were amazing!! Three fabulous clears put her seventh individually out of a a total of one hundred and seventeen. Not bad eh!!
